Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced primary care receptionist to join our friendly reception team. As a Reception Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient reception and telephone service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process appointment requests on our electronic patient record system.
  • Manage patient queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the practice team as required.

Person Specification

Essential

  • A good standard of education and relevant administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of electronic patient record systems, such as EMIS, would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
