A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a successful and growing retail business in the Speke area.

This is a true generalist role where you will gain exposure to all areas of HR, including:

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Coaching and influencing Managers
  • Leading on performance and absence
  • Supporting with talent attraction and retention
  • Working with the Head of HR on a variety of change projects
  • Mentoring others in the HR team


My client is looking for someone able to demonstrate success in building effective working relationships with Line Managers, and who is able to juggle multiple things at any one time.

The ability to prioritise workload and communicate effectively are bothessentials for this role.

This role is initially being recruited on a 12 month FTC basis, and is offering hybrid working.
