Job Description

Fabric Social are looking for a talented Creative Designer with 3+ years experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of design, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project and client. You will work closely with the Creative and Accounts teams to produce a diverse range of exciting projects for brands who truly change the game on Social.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing eye-catching graphics, animations, and video content for various social media platforms
  • Translating campaign briefs and social media strategies into visuals that resonate with target audiences
  • Creation of 'always on' brand assets in line with planned content calendars
  • Supporting on new business pitches to bring ideas and mock ups to life
  • Staying ahead of the curve on social media design trends and applying them to our clients' content
  • Collaborating closely with our creative and account teams to ensure seamless creative execution
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a professional digital design environment
  • A portfolio of previous digital and design work to showcase experience and creativity
  • Solid knowledge of design software programs, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
  • Positive, can-do attitude, driven and committed
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects

Preferred but not essential:

  • Animation skills
  • Agency experience
  • Art direction
