Medical Receptionist/Telephonist

25-30 hours per week

£9.92 rising to £19 Annual pay review due April 2023.


Due to internal promotion, we are now looking to recruit Medical Receptionist/Telephonists to join our team on a permanent basis.

Larwood Health Partnership is a GP Practice based over 5 sites. We believe in delivering a first-class service to our patients and are rated as "Outstanding" by CQC.

Our patient list size continues to grow and as a result we are looking for a conscientious individual to complement our team of expert Medical Receptionists/Telephonists.


You will need to have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service-based role and/or working as part of a team within a very busy and, at times pressurised, office environment.


Initiative, empathy, good written and verbal communication skills, resilience, confidentiality and common sense are essential as you will be dealing with sensitive confidential information on a daily basis.

Grades - 9 GCSE are required (or equivalent

You will be required to work over every day (Monday to Friday).

The hours of the post are
flexible to meet the needs of the organisation and may range from 08:00 am to 20:00 pm as well as Saturdays on a rota basis (There will be at least two 18:30pm finishes a week).

You will be given your rota at least 3 weeks in advance.


As part of this role, you may be required to work at any of our sites in Worksop, Langold, Carlton and Harworth and will therefore need a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

£9.92 per hour (increasing to £10.42 after a satisfactory probation period
