About the role:
- Assist with the daily processing of the sale ledger.
- Assist with the daily processing of the purchase ledger.
- Assist with the maintenance of the invoice approval system.
- Investigate and respond to customer and supplier queries.
- Liaise with other departments where the exchange of information is necessary.
- Undertake general office duties to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Office.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by senior staff.
- To ensure that confidential information is not disclosed.
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting/business office environment.
- Good computing skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good telephone manner
- An understanding of accounting systems
- Works well under pressure.
- Flexible approach
- Full Driving Licence required as some travel may be required between sites._
