Due to their rapid growth and ambitious hiring plans, they seek a proactive Recruitment Professional to join and contribute to their skilled team.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Talent Sourcing: Employ various strategies to search for top candidates, utilizing job boards and optimizing ad responses to discover talent across different business areas.
- Streamlining Recruitment: Develop and improve efficient recruitment processes to meet our specific needs, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Promote the National College Talent brand, highlighting our inclusive, supportive culture and exciting growth prospects to potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with department heads and the executive team to forecast talent needs and create recruitment strategies aligned with our long-term business goals.
- Innovative Candidate Engagement: Use a mix of sourcing methods, such as direct sourcing, social media, networking, and referrals, to interact with top candidates.
- Specialized Tech Talent Acquisition: Recruit high-quality candidates for tech roles like software development, engineering, data science, and IT, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and recruiting approaches.
- Proactive Talent Scouting and Building Talent Pools: Engage in strategic headhunting and create talent pipelines by identifying high-potential candidates.
- Exemplary Candidate Journey: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, showcasing our company's culture and values.
- Effective Collaborative Recruitment: Form strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams, maintaining communication and sharing recruitment updates.
- Recruitment Process Innovation: Identify and implement improvements, automation, and best practices to streamline hiring processes and enhance experiences for candidates and teams.
