About the Role

We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a skilled recruiter to join our ranks. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with our TA community to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the UK. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the continued growth of our organization, leveraging your expertise to find the best candidates for each role.

This is a full-time position on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a minimum of 3 days per week working from our Sheffield hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a diverse range of roles within the low carbon sector.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of top-tier talent through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Assisting hiring managers in evaluating and screening applicants to hire the best candidates for each position.
  • Analyzing and maintaining our recruiting database to provide regular reports.
  • Utilizing Team Tailor ATS, LinkedIn, CV Library, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.

What We're Looking For

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with in-house recruiting teams.
  • A deep understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting.
  • Experience with ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
