About the Role

We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a skilled recruiter to help us find, screen, and hire top talent across the UK. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with our hiring managers to identify and grow a pipeline of exceptional candidates, leveraging innovative sourcing methods and tools like Team Tailor ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a diverse range of roles within the low carbon sector.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of top-tier talent through proactive and strategic sourcing.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate and screen applicants, ensuring the best fit for each position.
  • Analyzing and reporting on recruiting data to inform future hiring strategies.
  • Utilizing a range of platforms, including Team Tailor ATS, LinkedIn, and CV Library, to identify and engage potential candidates.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruiting experience, preferably within an in-house team.
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting.
  • Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 per year (pro rata for a 6-month fixed-term contract).
