RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
As part of the very busy recruitment team, your experience in an administrative role (min 2 years) with GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
OR Business Administration qualification, where attention to detail, speed and accuracy have been an essential part of your day to day function.
You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, be an excellent communicator, telephone, written and face to face.
You will be required to provide administrative support to the Recruitment team and other Managers as appropriate.
- Sourcing, prescreening, employment checks, references, police checks and vetting, qualifications, right to work checks and full preemployment compliance.
- Identify the required recruitment support following interviews, collating and chasing for information to ensure a speedy and seamless onboarding process.
- Review and amend advertising content
- Update and review internal database and systems
- Support GDPR requirements including the disposal of records in line with statutory and Departmental retention periods.
- Monitor all recruitment and selection returns from applicants and on behalf of the organisation and ensure these records are kept up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Regional Recruitment Manager for booking and setting up career and job fairs, recruitment days and public engagement events
- To attend and provide support at recruitment days, careers and jobs fairs when required
- To work with the recruitment team to identify recruitment costs and update the Finance department of these costs
