We are looking for a
HR Administrator to join their team

As the new
HR Administrator, you will be joining a friendly, established HR team, delivering administration services to the business.

You will also build relationships with all employees of all levels within the business.

Main duties in the role -:

  • Managing the end-to end on boarding process for all new starters
  • Being the first point of contact for new employs
  • You will create contracts, offer letters and paperwork for new starters
  • Update systems to track new starters as well as keeping relevant line mangers up to date
  • You will help with inductions of new starters
  • As part of this role you will support and advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures

What are we looking for -:

  • You will need a background in HR Admin, ideally within a manufacturing setting ( but not essential )
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience of recruitment or onboarding new starters to a business is highly desirable
  • A solid understanding of Word and Excel are also key
