A week in the life of a Studio Manager will be a mixture of floor shifts with admin time.

When you are on shift, you will be leading the team and reviewing staff and business operations to ensure everything runs effectively and efficiently.

You continually provide coaching, feedback and follow through to drive morale, engagement, happiness, knowledge, confidence and skill set.

Admin hours give you time to focus on people (culture, recruitment, HR, training & development), driving community spirit and customer service, assessing the building operations and financial reporting to drive studio profitability.

Above everything, your leadership style cultivates a positive team environment that is grounded in the company's core values and accelerates people's performance.

Oversee daily studio operations including people, retail and facilities
Conduct regular studio walkthroughs and inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to a high level and studios remain compliant with H&S regulations
Manage and drive studio performance by analysing studio weekly analytics, working towards budgets/KPI targets set

Continually provide coaching, feedback and follow through to drive morale, engagement, happiness, knowledge, confidence and skill set
Provide effective team/performance management by holding regular staff check ins, team meetings and assessments
Build creative team initiatives to ensure strong brand engagement from employees
Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure we retain talent and focus of progression and upskilling individuals within the company

Community Marketing
Build strong relationships with the local community to drive new business into the studios as well as working on offering our community exclusive benefits
Manage and drive studio performance by analysing studio weekly analytics, working towards budgets/KPI targets set to focus on areas of the business where you can drive revenue/retention

Work towards upholding Psycle Core values and upholding brand standards at all times.
Lead by example and and remain a brand ambassador within studio and the external community

Help support the inclusivity of Psycle and ensure we push the business forward to being the best we can be.

Usual working hours will be between Monday to Friday but you will need to be flexible with your schedule on these days.

Quarterly KPI bonus scheme earning up to 10% of your salary
~ 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
