We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Manager to join our team at Place Careers-1. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage studio diaries and calendars, booking travel for the team and arranging meetings
  • Provide PA duties, diary management for Directors, and produce business/presentation documents using Indesign
  • Assist with marketing/bids duties, working alongside the team on various bids, presentations, marketing material, award submissions, and press releases
  • Ensure excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective self-starting abilities, and strong organization and time-keeping skills

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' administrative experience within a creative studio
  • Proficiency in Creative Cloud Suite Programmes and Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
