Key Responsibilities
  • Manage studio operations, including people, retail, and facilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and follow-through to drive morale, engagement, and performance
  • Build strong relationships with the local community to drive new business and promote the studio's offerings
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and drive studio performance by analyzing weekly analytics and working towards budgets and KPI targets
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
