Main Duties

  • Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
  • Ingress control ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
  • Crowd control/people management foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting antisocial behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
  • Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
  • Report any suspicious behaviour.
  • Egress control.
  • Directing customers around the site.
