Join #TeamFGH, Keeping People Safe at Glastonbury, Lytham Festival, Beat-Herder, Kendall Calling, Boardmasters and many other iconic events and festivals this Summer.
Main Duties
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting antisocial behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Directing customers around the site.
