  • Provide clinical leadership to the Endoscopy Pre-Admissions team ensuring patients receive accurate and timely information in a manner they understand.

The post holder will:

To lead on training the Endoscopy Pre-Admission team and in the development of the policies and protocols relating to the endoscopy Pre-Admission service. Main duties of the job How would you like to come and work in a dynamic and forward thinking endoscopy unit based at St George's Hospital? We have 6 procedure rooms and undertake a wide range of procedures including OGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Bronchoscopy, EBUS and EMR. The unit houses the Southwest London Bowel Cancer Screening Centre and is JAG accredited. We pride ourselves on putting our patients first and provide a supportive environment for staff for training in Endoscopy both in the formal and informal setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 7 nurse to lead, develop and manage a team for the pre-admission service for endoscopic procedures. This is an permanent full-time post.
