Provide general assistance to the administration team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via letter or telephone.

Provide and efficient and effect service to support the day to day running of the GP practice(s).

Deal with queries and questions from patients and advise/signpost as appropriate.

Prepare clinical rooms in readiness for clinics.

Receive and register new patients to the practice.

Scan on letters, attach them to medical records and code

Adhere to confidentiality and information governance policies and procedures.

Work in accordance with practice policies and procedures to support the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

Receive monies for non NHS Services such as insurance reports, letters for patients etc.

Ensure accurate data entry onto medical records according to agreed protocols.

Deal with incoming post and patient requests for prescriptions, etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
£9.70 per hour
