Job Description

CyberArk is looking for aresult-drivenandcollaborativeSales Director, reporting to the Area VP Sales - North EMEA.

You will have the opportunity tolead our teams of Account Executives, to work on an existing and growing portfolio across the UK & I.This is a leadership role, and you are required to create a common vision for the teams and lead them towardshighgrowth and success.nYou are expected to create an inclusive work environment, lead by example and promotebehaviors aligned with CyberArk Culture and values.

In thisrole, youwill have to take the leadin building trusted relationships with customers/partners.

You are also expected to have strong territory coverage skillset and able to create and execute against a business plan that defines account, territory and potential revenue clearly.nYou will be expected to be a strong team player to work closely and collaboratively with theNorth EMEA regionfunctional leadersandto develop good and influential relationships with the channels ecosystem within the region is critical to the success of this role.


nResponsibilities:
nCreate and execute the UK & I Sales strategy working with the Area VP Sales - North EMEAnLead and manage Account Executives and provide clear KPI's for the Internal Account Executives to achieve individual and teams quotas within the respective territorynExecute effective account planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with functions such as Customer Success, Pre and Post Sales and Marketing Teams to identify and develop new contacts, leads, and opportunities resulting in net new customer growthnGrow and maintain effective business relationships within CyberArk to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organizationnPrepare compelling visual presentations to communicate value propositionnDrive strategic/large deals to exceed revenue targets through building relationships with C-level contacts in dedicated enterprise accountsnBe the thought leader for the UK & I market through developing and communicating insights to better to serve the regionnEnsure effective training and use of SFDC for account planning, contact information, opportunity management, forecasting, and win/loss analysisnOngoing mentoring and development of the sales teams in strategies to drive closure rates.nConduct weekly revenue forecast meetings with the Account executives and track key productivity metrics (e.g. revenue attainment, stack rank, forecast accuracy, current pipeline, etc)nLead and CoachtheUK &IExecutiveteamsthrough agreeing and planning, the right coverage model and KPI's within the assigned territoryto achieve the Sales Objectives for CyberArk UK &I

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience building and running commercial sales teams in the software industrynExperience as a second line sales leadernMust have previously led a $10M+ (minimum)

ARR sales organization with 30%+ growthnRelevant software industry experience in any of the following:
IT systems, cloud enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications and/or analytics.

Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experiencenHistory of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leadernExcellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organizationnSkills in business planning and diligence at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutionsnA highly professional persona and polished demeanor.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentationsnMastery of consultative/solution selling methodologies (like MEDDPICC/Challenger/Solution Selling/Sandler)nTechnical aptitude and are experienced selling into CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Lines of BusinessnSolid Operational skills and are experienced in integrating process and rigor to his/her organization
