We are on the lookout for a Sales Director based in the UK to be a crucial member of our team. The Sales Director will play a vital role in driving revenue and enhancing mediasmart's position as a unified Programmatic Platform across European markets. By spearheading the evolution towards efficient programmatic buying solutions, the Sales Director will help deliver targeted audience reach and improved ROI for clients.

mediasmart is an integral part of the Affle group, a renowned global adtech company that has been operating profitably for over 15 years. With a strong presence in the adtech/martech business, Affle group runs multiple successful ad platform businesses including Appnext, MAAS, mDMP, Jampp, RevX, Vizury, Youappi, and mediasmart. At mediasmart, our primary goal is to enable advertisers to reach their target audiences effectively in real-time while maximizing engagement and value. Role and Responsibilities

The Sales Director will focus on maximizing revenue and service for customers across Mobile, CTV, and DOOH platforms through our programmatic technology. Key duties include:

  • Managing agency partnerships in the UK
  • Acquiring new business from direct advertisers and agencies
  • Handling end-to-end onboarding of new licensing customers
  • Developing strategic account plans for clients
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key agencies and advertisers
  • Representing mediasmart at industry events across Europe
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive business via our DSP technology
  • Identifying and capitalizing on engagement opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Working closely with sales and client services teams to achieve success

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive market knowledge and relationships in the UK advertising sector
  • Solid background in programmatic advertising sales, CTV, and DOOH
  • Experience in partner/channel management and business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to leverage data for insights and business opportunities
  • Degree level education with 8-10 years' experience in digital advertising
