Who are we hiring?


The Instant Group are seeking an experienced Sales Director to help support the rapid growth of our Managed Office solutions into traditional leased office space.

The property market is experiencing a seismic shift away from owning long-term leases, assets, risks and associated procurement processes towards buying productised outcomes, (workspace products/solutions).

Instant are enabling Landlords to match their vacant space to demand via our digital platform, assisting interested parties to virtually experience, plan, design and cost their workspace before committing to their new office.

Instant require a sales leader to recruit, develop and grow a UK wide sales team that can match this increasing demand for managed workspace to suitable leased space across the UK which Instant will deliver, fit-out and run on behalf of the Landlords and occupying clients.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets for Landlord Managed Workspace Deals
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Instant's customer base
  • Identify key market trends and work with our supply side team to acquire buildings/space in markets where demand is high.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Partner with potential occupiers & Landlords to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand categoryspecific landscapes and trends
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales marketing collateral
  • Hire, develop and manage a UK sales team aligned to Instant's values to help grow the LL Managed business line
  • Ensure operational excellence in the daytoday management of the business including forecasting, pipelines, and internal communications.
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and crossfunctional collaboration
What are we looking for?

  • Experience within office/workspace industry whether Serviced Office/Flex, Coworking, Leased space, Hotels, Meeting Rooms (Essential)
  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets (Essential)
  • Previous experience as a senior sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing clientfocused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
