Are you seeking an opportunity to take on a proactive supervisory role at Chatsworth, championing Chatsworth Brand Values and delivering exceptional customer service at one of England's leading visitor attractions?


In this key role, you'll oversee the House-Person team, ensuring smooth traffic management, efficient car parking, and excellent presentation standards throughout the car park area, including the upkeep of toilets and litter bins.

Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining stonework around the house and other areas and ensuring that the annual steam cleaning is carried out during our closed season.


As part of your duties, you'll conduct regular one-to-ones with team members, conduct annual performance reviews, and oversee the team rota.

Additionally, you'll manage monthly payroll demands, and coordinate staffing to ensure the effective and efficient completion of daily tasks and annual events at Chatsworth.


This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week spread over 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Flexibility is essential, particularly during peak periods.
