This esteemed establishment in the Bakewell region is well-known for its exceptional dining experience and a wide selection of beverages. Catering to a high volume of patrons, this venue prides itself on offering a diverse menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, serving up to 200 guests daily. We are currently in search of an Operations Supervisor.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and the team, overseeing daily operations during the GM's absence. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing shifts effectively
  • Overseeing staff performance and development
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring cellar upkeep
  • Handling cash reconciliation

This is a full-time, permanent position with a significant opportunity for career growth into a General Manager role. Candidates should ideally possess a valid driving license due to the location.
