**Bakewell Town and Community Trust** is a small business in Bakewell, DE45 1BT. Our goal is to provide an environment that meets our users expectations.

Our work environment includes:

- On-the-job training
- Casual work attire
- To maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation of the Town Hall;
- To ensure that safety is maintained at all times, hazards managed and safety inspections are carried out to schedule;
- To assist in the smooth operation of the building and maintain good relations with tenants, hirers and visitors to the building; this may require unlocking / locking the premises at the start / end of their use.
- To set up rooms and equipment as required;
- To monitor stock levels.
- To maintain an efficient level of heating as required to ensure the comfort of tenants, hirers and visitors.
- To carry out basic maintenance and advise of issues.
- To cover cleaning duties, as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
