Price Kitchen Ltd are a leading manufacturer in the production of kitchen & bedroom furniture to both the contract & retail market.


Based at our showroom & factory in Croydon, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our trade/retail customers and processing orders for manufacture.


Our family owned business is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Order Processor / Customer Service to join our small and friendly team.


This fast-paced role involves collaborating with the Design and Manufacturing team to ensure our customers receive excellent end to end service from the point they place an order, through to delivery & post installation.


You will be confident and experienced in communicating with people at all levels and can quickly build trust and rapport both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage trade & retail customer orders.

Obtain approvals from our clients and liaise with them regarding delivery dates.

Check furniture schedules against CAD drawings before material orders are submitted prior to manufacture.

Provide regular contact with our trade & retail customers, suppliers, project managers & kitchen installers etc. to ensure that projects run smoothly.

Take responsibility for dealing with prospective & past orders, product and delivery queries.


Work in collaboration with our Technical Sales Administrator & Production Manager to ensure that orders are processed accurately & efficiently to guarantee that we deliver to our customers on time & in full.

Support and provide basic cover for the office team.

Previous experience required:

  • Sales order processing in a manufacturing environment: 2 years minimum
  • Able to demonstrate confidence and capability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Kitchen industry experience (manufacturing) desirable.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • I.T literate, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • EQ Easy Quote software experience desirable.
