A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Safety Officer to work within the Quality and Performance Team of a large Primary Care Network.
You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks to support effective and efficient systems for monitoring quality and safety within the organisation.
The role will be responsible for supporting the achievement of an Outstanding CQC rating. You will assist in the development and delivery of performance improvement plans.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is an enthusiastic, methodical and systematic worker; a self motivated team player with an exceptional eye for detail.
You will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to plan ahead, whilst being able to adapt to changing objectives and tight deadlines.
We can support ongoing development through apprenticeships during employmentTo support the organisation in areas:

CQC compliance,
contractual monitoring,
target achievement.
