Role responsibilities

The Service Performance Analyst will provide technical and analytical support across Transport Contracts and the On-Board function, leading the collation of complex data sets and delivering key insight to drive commercial growth, efficient business planning and high customer experience.

Support decision making and customer experience through owning and leading on various performance and On-Board functional reports to identify areas of improvement in integration reporting Analysing product data to improve the offering for customers and maximize revenue by working alongside the Catering Management team to streamline the reporting process, drive revenue and continuously improve the delivery of a passenger centric, value driven service. Analyse the passenger and capacity demand across transport modes by collaborating with the Service Performance Manager to influence key decision making for a high quality and integrated service. Use passenger demand analysis to ensure On Board operations are efficient and targeting the right services. Support on data insight to influence the development of timetables for operators by ensuring that transport systems provide capacity and reliability to generate market growth and customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for

Degree level qualification in a numerate or analytical discipline. Excellent analytical skills, able to assess different data sources and provide narrative and views on emerging patterns. Previous experience of assisting in the preparation of the outputs (dashboards) required for crucial decision making. Demonstrable experience of interpreting and effectively communicating information and data to internal and external stakeholders. Advanced user of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel, including Power BI.

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
