Service Coordinator/ Office Administrator

Pay:
£22,000 per annum

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays

Main Duties:

T

  • Receiving and processing of customer orders
  • Processing purchase requisitions and gaining approval from management
  • Raising of purchase orders for the office team and engineers
  • Raising quotations
  • Assistance with fleet management
  • Updating engineers' diaries
  • Allocating works to engineers
  • Responsible for keeping the office orderly and tidy, including maintaining stationery and refreshment levels, ordering as required, office archiving and shredding
  • Maintaining kitchen/ toilet supplies
  • Booking in stock and matching off against delivery notes
  • Raising despatch notes and shipping orders for customers
  • Packing small orders and despatching them using our courier company
  • Stock management monthly store stock takes updating systems to reflect any changes
  • Sending out post
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Ordering staff equipment such as uniforms and monitoring stock levels
  • Answering the telephones and transferring them accordingly
For this role we would like someone who has:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good level of understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Be flexible and organised
  • Be a team player
  • Able to multitask

Job Types:
