Nursery Cleaner

Job Overview:


We are currently seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in our establishments.

The role involves nursery cleaning which would ensure a safe and hygenic environment for all the children attending daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste in line with company procedures
  • Clean and sanitising washrooms and replenish supplies as needed
  • Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable
- cleaning of the kitchens and bathrooms on site

  • Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant supervisor

Skills:

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or similar role & DBS checked
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and supervisors
  • Physical stamina to handle manual tasks such as lifting and bending

Pay:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (required)

  • Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
