As a key member of our childcare team, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth operation of our national network of nurseries. This vital role involves travelling nationally, providing short-term management coverage and support to our nursery teams.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all performance standards are met consistently, working with nursery teams to drive performance improvement, productivity, efficiency, controls, and profitability.
As an influential leader, you will work collaboratively with Regional Managers to address business problems at nurseries requiring intervention, establishing positive working relationships and role modelling best practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team in the early years sector.
- Experience in the early years sector of a minimum of 2-years.
- Self-starter with a high energy approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced, change environment.
- Proven ability to deliver an operational strategy and manage expenditure within budgetary limits.
- Good IT skills – Word, Excel and Power point. Experience of using technology and data to support performance improvement.
- Ability to travel nationally and hold a current driver's license.
