About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Nursery Support Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our national network of nurseries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide short-term management coverage and support to our nurseries, working closely with Regional Managers to solve business problems and improve performance.
  • Work with nursery teams to establish positive working relationships, role model best practice, and provide direction, guidance, leadership, and expertise.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance improvement, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage budgets and expenditure within budgetary limits, using data and technology to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team and delivering operational strategies.
  • Experience in the early years sector, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Self-starter with a high energy approach, able to work in a fast-paced, change environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of using technology and data to support performance improvement.
  • Ability to travel nationally and hold a current driver's license.
