POSITION OVERVIEW:

To be in charge of providing Food and Beverage services smoothly, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and business success. You will play a vital role in various meal services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, or private dining.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the pass and mise en place, including all operating equipment
  • Take care of the kitchen's still area, keeping all products clean, tidy, and in good condition during daily service
  • Maintain all restaurant equipment such as cutlery, coffee machines, etc.
  • Create a remarkable experience for guests by managing and anticipating their expectations with personalized service
  • Set up and clear Food & Beverage areas and outlets to the required standards
  • Have thorough knowledge of the hotel's Food and Beverage products to effectively communicate offerings to guests
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely Food & Beverage service delivery
  • Assist in organizing private events for specific services
  • Communicate efficiently with guests and team members
  • Maximize sales through effective upselling techniques
  • Need to switch between roles and work in various Food & Beverage outlets like Events Operations, In-Room Dining, the Drawing Room, and The Barn
  • Occasionally adjust work hours to meet business needs
