Tate recruitment is proud to say they are hiring for a Store Team Recruiter for a large home improvement retailer.
Job Purpose:
- Advertise vacancies across multiple channels and build relationships with local employment, education and charitable organisations to drive attraction
- Build local, specialist knowledge about the area, roles and external market and share insight with the appropriate internal stakeholders
- Build relationships with UMs, Hiring Managers and store colleagues and visit stores regularly to support and understand business needs
- Schedule, conduct and document telephone interviews
- Ensure audit compliance of recruitment process in line with the recruitment policy
- Support other recruiters as required through peaks and troughs
About you:
- Experience of working in a fastpaced customer facing environment
- Capable of working within a highly pressurised and fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills preferably with experience via telephone
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail
- Retail knowledge (desirable)
