**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager who is operationally focused and passionate about delivering great standards in our Domino's Pizza stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the overall daily operations within our Hampshire stores, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality, service, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a large team of staff to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and control store costs, including food, labour, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards
  • Identify and develop training needs for the business and lead the implementation of training programs
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the franchise team to share best practices and drive business growth

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Store Manager
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on food experience
  • Fully flexible schedule to fit all needs of the business
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as per needs of the business
  • Performance measured on store KPI's: Food Cost, Labour Cost, Service, OER standards, Product Quality, and People Development
