This specific role will be aligned to support key parts of Parexel's Clinical Development and Project Delivery business unit.

This will involve working with key stakeholders in different parts of the Clinical Development delivery team to help them define and drive their learning strategy, in a way that helps them meet or exceed key business goals, align with critical regulatory expectations, satisfy client demands and ensuring patients remain the focus of our efforts.


Business Partner:

Partner with business SMEs, leaders, HRBPs and TBPs to define the learning strategy for key parts of the Clinical Development effort and to make that strategy a reality that aligns across the function.


Assess Needs:
Consult and strategize with global business leaders to analyze and define the right training requirements, identify the capability gaps and structure the appropriate training requirements (with support of instructional design consultants) to build required organizational capability

Credible Expertise:
Use deep (or actively developing) clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust with key leaders, challenge assumptions and influence how the business unit invests in training

Project Management:
Lead all training workstreams and training design projects and manage them through the project lifecycle. Manage multiple projects at the same time.

Quality Management :
Ensure training delivery quality and the content meets business and regulatory requirements. Collect feedback on all responsible training content to ensure continuous improvements

Manage Compliance:

In partnership with the business leaders and SMEs, identify the right target audience, assign appropriate training and report on compliance.

Assess compliance with business and function leaders on a regular basis
Sustain the appropriate communication with businesses, functions and regional audiences regarding the availability of new and existing training opportunities
Guide business leaders in monitoring the amount of training being prescribed to employees, ensuring only the right amount of time is being invested

Occasional Travel:
Be available / willing to travel up to 15% of the time
Needs assessment (Performance Consulting) skills
Stellar project management
Proven relationship management (ability to create and maintain a strong network)
Ability to work with and influence senior leadership, peers and project team members
Other qualities that will serve the role well that are nice for a candidate to have :
Experience working as or with Project Leaders in the CRO space
A background in clinical development training needs
Quality, Functional Training units) of at least 7 years
Training design and development knowledge and skills

Bachelor's Degree in the area of human resources related fields, business management or in the scientific or medical related fields.

Fluent in English (verbal and written)
