This is an on-site role from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm.
The position belongs to the Biological Raw Materials sector, serving customers worldwide, ranging from small independent businesses to large international organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and share information like website and social media analytics.
- Monitor social media accounts, create content, and engage with messages.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Write marketing material for the website, social media, and external platforms.
- Organize presentations and events.
- Assist in promotional activities.
- Communicate with customers/external agencies.
- Manage CRM HubSpot system.
- Conduct market research projects.
- Execute direct marketing campaigns.
- Conduct telephone research.
- Send information to and follow up on leads from exhibitions.
- Pass marketing qualified leads to the relevant sales team for processing through the inquiry system.
- Participate in developing and drafting the annual marketing plan.
- Support Distributors with marketing material for promotional activities.
Ideally, you should:
- Have an understanding of the HubSpot CRM system.
- Experience using Google Analytics.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and be confident in contributing and implementing suggestions and strategies.
- Possess Photoshop/Canva skills.
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
Salary ranges from £23,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
