Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth in the UK and German territories, with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to understand customer needs and develop sales strategies to expand the database of prospects within the territory.
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager teams to overcome obstacles and secure new business opportunities through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and outbound communications.
- Work closely with Territory Sales Managers to develop a strong sales pipeline and close deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Conduct online product demonstrations as required and regularly use and update the CRM platform (MS 365) to manage territory information.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, programs, and relevant legal requirements.
- Exhibit a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong business acumen and a focus on driving sales growth.
- Fluent in English - ESSENTIAL.
- Fluent in German - HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in the food & beverage or life sciences market is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficiency in sales negotiation.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong phone presence with experience in high-volume calling.
- Experience using Dynamic CRM.
