Starting in customer service in a busy office environment of 44, is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career path within the company, our client base are people in fuel poverty and we take no payment from them, we simply let them know what energy saving measures they are entitled to under the Government grant scheme, fit them and get paid from the scheme.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administration of Grant schemes.
  • Check customer eligibility for the scheme.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
  • Download allocated jobs from the server.
  • Check job paperwork for compliance with ECO Guidance
  • Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.
  • Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
  • Assisting the senior managers with any adhoc tasks.
  • Answering telephone enquiries.
  • Full training Given.

Job Type
