An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Recovery and Business Rates Team for a Trainee Recovery Officer.


Are you a talented and driven individual looking to launch, or restart your career? If yes, then this can be the job for you.


The successful applicant will assist with the recovery and enforcement of unpaid council tax, business rates and benefit overpayments and have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the role.

The role requires a postive attitude to learning and developing new skills, accuracy, a commitment to customer service and clear and assertive communication skills.


Interviews for this post will take place in week commencing 21st August 202- Chelmsford City Council is committed to safeguarding vulnerable groups and expects all employees to share this commitment and have a range of policies and procedures in place which promote safeguarding and safer working practices across our services.
