We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager to help us elevate our business to new heights.

Joining the talented team as our Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to drive growth through innovative strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns, as well as leading and guiding your team to success.

  • Manage planning, execution, and optimization of performance channel activities, including overseeing agencies for specific tasks
  • Develop creative performance marketing strategies to drive expansion and growth
  • Create and implement new paid social campaigns and marketing experiments using A/B testing techniques
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design to meet design needs for performance marketing, overseeing the testing framework for regular creative updates
  • Write clear briefs with flexibility during the creative process
  • Communicate effectively with the team throughout project stages, manage stakeholder expectations, and prioritize tasks
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform future strategies, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with BI and data teams as needed
  • Contribute to building and reviewing digital attribution models for the business

Key skills for success in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, particularly in paid social strategies within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Mentorship qualities for your team and commitment to our brand values
  • Proven track record in successful multichannel online acquisition campaigns, including remarketing, attribution, analytics, and managing substantial budgets
  • Thorough understanding of technical and analytical aspects of relevant digital platforms, including tracking, attribution, and experimentation features
  • Passion for optimization, with a strong ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Extensive experience with analytics and visualization tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and Microsoft Excel
  • Solution-oriented mindset, delivering sustainable solutions supported by data and evidence
  • Comfortable with startup dynamics and capable of working hands-on in a flexible and agile environment
  • Keen interest in new trends, advertising innovations, and growth prospects, with a proactive and creative approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, developers, partners, media owners, and agencies
