Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management and project reporting to senior management
  • Goto person for all CRM related business queries
  • Single point of contact for critical incidents coordinating between internal IT teams and software vendors
  • Implementation and adoption of new systems including CRM and PAS
  • Perform system configurations and coordinate system developments with vendors
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
  • Responsible to ensure data integrity is being managed by the relevant Data Owners

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience owning a system or CRM system ideally within financial services
  • Data administration and management experience and excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Experience in business analysis to effectively capture stakeholder requirements
  • Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
  • An analytical mindset with problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced organization with demanding stakeholders in multiple locations across the globe
