About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Product Manager to lead the development of our CRM platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our CRM offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Strategy: Create and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build CRM Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for CRM innovation, including identifying key features and functionalities.
  • Establish CRM Offering: Build out the capabilities of our CRM/Salesforce offering, including establishing future functionality and amalgamating services within CRM.
  • Drive Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize activities, and write JIRA tickets to ensure effective product development.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and manage client/product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing, as well as competitive intelligence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related discipline, ideally building out CRM solutions.
  • Client Focus: Strong client focus, with a demonstrated track record of building user experiences and products that customers love.
  • Technical Intuition: Strong technical intuition, with the ability to discuss technology with engineers and architects, as well as user flow with UX strategists.
  • Agile Development: Comfortable working in agile development methodologies.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking would be highly advantageous.
