Job Title: CRM Product Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Product Owner to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our CRM product, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality CRM features and functionality
  • Work with product managers to prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and technologies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
