What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsibility for promoting adoption and customer retention for a specific book of accounts.
  • Collaborating with the account team to ensure a high-value customer experience.
  • Driving subscription renewal revenue and rate in an assigned territory.
  • Managing the renewal sales cycle to ensure high customer happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Revenue Quota: Managing Tableau subscription renewal contracts, revenue, and rates.
  • Strategic Sales: Completing sales of all sizes of customer and deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Selling against cancellations, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • Increase the Renewal Rate: Ensuring high renewal rates through strong product positioning.
  • Forecasting: Maintaining an accurate forecast of all renewals in an assigned territory.
  • Contract Term Length: Driving customers to sign up for multi-year deals.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Finalizing quotes and ensuring correctness in pricing and products.
  • License Management: Guiding customers in license management processes.
  • Order Management: Ensuring correct processing of customer purchase documents.

Who You Are:

  • Native or fluent in both German and English language.
  • Proven experience in renewals, account management, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Capable of leading cross-departmental efforts and building strong relationships.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and committed to achieving goals.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
