We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to join our Sales team at Airtable. As a Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the renewals process, collaborating with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to ensure customer contracts and relationships are preserved and enhanced.
- Build foundational processes and playbooks for the Renewal Manager role, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
- Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer goals, in partnership with legal.
- Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
- Develop a playbook for renewal engagement to maximize revenue retention.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying Sales/Customer Success/Account Management experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated capability closing large, complex contracts.
- Strong collaboration skills and successful experiences working with internal stakeholders and customer-facing counterparts.
- Ability and eagerness to grow business in a strategic manner.
- Approaches work with empathy, craftsmanship, and a growth mindset.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
- History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
