Renewals Manager

At Darktrace Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer success teams, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and exceeding renewal targets across our EMEA accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with regional sales and customer success teams to ensure customers see the full value of our software, leading to successful renewals.
- Manage negotiations with customers and partners to resolve service delivery and support issues affecting renewals.
- Take the lead in resolving account issues and ensuring a seamless renewal process.
- Strong experience in account management, with a focus on renewals in a SaaS organization.
- Experience of pricing and contract negotiation.
- 23 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 days after two years' service, plus UK bank holidays.
- Additional birthday day off.
