Details and Benefits:

Duties:

  • Logging all jobs and assigning them SLAs
  • Coordinating incoming jobs both planned and reactive
  • Handling incoming calls and dealing with queries on a case by case basis
  • Responding to/validating tickets raised and seeing them through to completion
  • Tracking the progress of tickets and queries to ensure they are all handled in a timely manner
  • Logging all communications on a bespoke internal database
  • Report and escalate any SLA breaches
  • Verifying Engineer timesheets
  • On boarding new clients and customers onto a small internal database
  • Booking installation works in with Site Managers using online scheduling system
  • Engagement with project delivery team and subcontractors to ensure timely completing of projects

Requirements:

  • Must be able to prioritise workload and development of work schedules
  • You must be able to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines
  • Previous experience operating a technical service desk would be advantageous/
  • Must be able to work independently and able to solve problems, as and when required
  • Maintaining customer and client working relationships
