Key Media Account Manager

THE ROLE

  • Be the go-to person for all customers with committed revenue; work closely with Key Account Executives on strategic growth opportunities.
  • Actively look for new revenue possibilities with current customers.
  • Help facilitate the execution of committed deals through onboarding, midyear check-ins, and expanding user base.
  • Identify areas where content is lacking in current deals, which may result in a loss of market share.
  • Gather customer insights during daily interactions to assist Key Account Executives in identifying new development opportunities and customer solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Demonstrated sales experience in Media and Digital publishing sectors
  • Deep understanding of the media industry and sales processes
  • Thorough knowledge of the end-to-end media publisher process
  • Excellent team player with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of growing accounts to increase revenue
  • Previous account management experience
  • Successful history of enhancing business revenue within existing accounts
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
