Your road to success

Left or right, in conjunction with the Head of Remarketing, your role will control the day-to-day management and sale for end of lease assets through a selection of external channels/suppliers. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring all end of lease assets are processed in a timely manner to agreed locations, prepared and ready for sale disposal, and vehicle sales are processed in line with Athlon guidelines. Your role will also involve ensuring all relevant vehicle documentation is made available to suppliers, to ensure a maximum market value is achieved and allow a fast disposal.

You can do this as a Remarketing Sales Manager with full focus on:

  • Assisting in compiling de-fleet and remarketing performance data/reporting, assisting in the analysis and preparation of key trend analysis.
  • Conducting operational auction sales, both physical and online. Handling all received bids through to conclusion.
  • Managing suppliers to ensure vehicles are processed from arrival through to completed sale in a timely manner as per agreed SLA's.
  • Assisting in day-to-day vehicle stock management at remarketing locations ensuring vehicles are made ready for sale and ensuring all vehicle sales are processed in line with agreed policies.
  • Managing and monitoring all stakeholders, internal and external to ensure relevant documentation is supplied to remarketing partner to allow a sale.
  • Attending all monthly supplier reviews and quarterly operational and sales meetings.

  • A clear understanding of Defleet & Remarketing processes.
  • Ability to negotiate and achieve mutually acceptable outcomes when resolving complaints.
  • Effective supply chain and stakeholder management skills.
