We are looking for a pro-active and driven person who will join the Industrial Sales Team as a Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for managing existing accounts as well as winning new business.

Working as part of a small and friendly sales team, you will be managing the full sales lifecycle; from looking for new customers, managing all enquiries, pricing, and contracts to building those relationships through the amazing aftercare service you will provide. To do this, we are flexible with where this position is based but it requires regular in person meetings with current and potential customers.

This role works alongside other internal partners such as marketing, sales, finance and legal – who will support with the tender process and creating bespoke offers for each of our clients. To be successful in this role, you will be commercially astute and be confident of providing long/medium term account strategies as well reviewing actions to deliver profitability.

About you

Proven success, knowledge, and experience in sales role (packaging experience desirable) A full driving license A natural team player, with a positive and energetic style Highly resourceful and collaborative team-player with strong interpersonal skills and possesses the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders Confident negotiation, communication, organisational and leadership skills Strong commercial orientation and a solid level of business acumen A strategic and forward thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes ideas and solutions A strong ability to work independently & remotely with travel as needed Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT)

Location: This is a full time, split between home and our sites in either Kettering or Blunham, with frequent travel to our customers across the UK and Ireland.
