An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated, confident, organised and experienced Head of Risk and Incident Management to work within the Risk and Compliance Directorate at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a challenging role with a high level of complexity and the post-holder will be expected to have detailed expertise in the following areas:
- Risk Management, NHS risk management agenda and corporate assurance systems
- Development of strategies/frameworks/policies and effective implementation
- Incident management systems
Access to Information
- Individuals rights
- Claims Handling and litigation
- Pre-Action protocols for litigation
- Civil Procedure Rules
