The Essential Skills:

Permanent Position Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide HR team support across different HR functions and the entire employee lifecycle
  • Contribute to training new and current employees, managing training requirements and delivery
  • Administer compensation and benefits schemes
  • Assist in evaluating and managing employee performance, from goal setting to regular reviews
  • Support employee engagement by conducting surveys and analyzing feedback
  • Handle employment relations and confidential information management
  • Manage HR data, generate regular reports, and respond to data inquiries
  • Address employee queries on HR policies and prepare necessary documentation
  • Cultivate strong relationships with all business departments and act as a trusted HR partner

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree or certification
  • Demonstrated HR experience in employment lifecycle management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and approachability
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in HR data systems and performance management is advantageous
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
